The Certificate of Currency 2025-2026 was emailed direct to your club in the first week of July.
When you have a Club Outing or Activity, record those present at the Event on this form. This record is to ensure that if a member of the public makes a claim against someone at the Event, they will be covered by the PSQ Public Liability Insurance.
