"The Queenslanders 2008" Submission Form

This form is required to submit a print for the travelling known as "The Queenslanders".  It travels about the State for a year for entry into the 2008 Competition.  Please note that entries are able to be submitted until Friday 15th August.

PSQ AV Entry Form

This form is required for entry into the 2008 Competition.  Please note that entries are now being accepted up until Friday 19th September.

PSQ 2008 Competition Entry Forms

All the forms required for submitting entries for the 2008 Competition associated with the Annual PSQ Convention.  Please note that the closing date for entries is 16th May 2008.

PSQ Affiliation Application Form

If you are a member of a Club or Group that wishes to become affiliated with the PSQ then complete this form and send it off.  Become one of the many Affiliated Clubs that are already enjoying the advantages of membership.  More information can be gained from the Secretary.

PSQ Understudy Judge Nomination Form

Private Membership Application Form

This form is your application to join the PSQ as a "private member".  There are advantages in doing this even if you are a member as a result of membership of one of the Affiliated Clubs.  Contact the Secretary for further information.

Private Membership Competition Entry Form

As a PSQ private member you are eligible to enter all PSQ Competitions.  When a competition is notified elsewhere on this site you can fill in this form to accompany your entry.
