I spent my working life as a Registered Nurse in Canberra. Retired to Hervey Bay in 2004.
We love travelling in Australia and Europe and have covered many miles over the years.
Rob's father gave me a Nikormat in 1970 and I have continued to use Nikon Equipment.
My photography is strictly amateur, my subjects eclectic. I do avoid portraiture, sport and nature though.

Although Photography was my passion, most of my working career covered several years as Assistant Station Manager at Sydney Airport working for Pan American and Yugoslav Airlines, and later in 1980 I joined SBS and worked as a Slovenian translator for foreign films and later had my own half hour
musical presentation program.
But most of my career life was spent in marketing and public relations and business management. Later I became director of our family business which over the next 15 years expanded into a retail outlet in each State of Australia.
Photographic strengths: all aspects including, nature, macro, portraits, land and seascapes, social documentary, photo journalism, creative etc.
Always love a new and creative challenge.
Last October 2011, I was invited to judge at the International German Mega Circuit in Wurtzburg in Germany which was an amazing and thought
provoking experience.
